teen mom

I have seen the teen mom show in mtv several times when there is no other option on television. I do not think mtv glamorizes it, i think they show what happens when a teen gets pregnant. which happens frequently in our country. It shows how much it sucks when you dont go to school and your from a poor family and how you have to care for a life at age 16 17 18 or whatever. I dont see how that would be a situation anyone would want to be in. These select mothers just get very lucky they were chosen for the show. If they werent im sure they would be way more depressed or angry. They get paid so lifes good to have a child, but thats only a few out of the millions of teen pregnancies. Who the hell would want a child at age 16

This show doesnt "Glamorize" it but it also doesnt say its a negative thing either. Sure it shows people down and depressed but you can be upset without having a child. What it does is it puts them in the spotlight and ends up just being a payout. Its good for them because sure now they have the money to raise a child but at the same time i think it not a subject that necessarily should be shown as a reality show on MTV.
