RTV Feelings

I always thought I hated reality TV shows, because when I thought 'reality TV show', I thought of absolutely pointless shows like Jersey Shore or Keeping Up With the Kardashians. I just did not understand why people like watching other peoples lives as they make fools of themselves. However, the more that I think about, the more I realize I like certain types of RTV shows like Dirty Jobs or Pawn Stars. Those are probably two of my favorite shows to watch! Also, if game shows life the Amazing Race or Survivor are considered RTV, I have to conclude that I like RTV because I love those shows too. I guess RTV is like a lot of other things, I like some and I really do not like others.
