Is it real?
A thought that popped into my head as I read other people's posts was about room raiders. In the show the people always say that there was no warning as to when the people would come and take them into the "van". Im sure people HAD to know at least sometime in advance. What if they weren't home? What then? Plus their rooms always had something weird or interesting to be found. Maybe they really did own some of those weird stuff. But do you think that the producers told them to buy certain stuff or to exaggerate how messy their room would be? I've always wondered about that...

this is probably true. why do you think they have to stage this? what kind of audience is a show like room raiders after?
I guess they are after people who have similar rooms maybe? Like the ones that always lock their rooms so that no one will see into what their lives are really like and what they do behind closed doors? lol.Its like them seeing what would happen. Or it could be to the totally differet audience who have such imaculate rooms, they wonder how anybody else can live like that.
