more on the jersey shore
I think some people may put way too much thought into the Jersey Shore. Its just a show designed to keep viewers intrigued with constant action whether its a fight or a hippo in a hot tub, the cast of this show is well aware of what keeps america watching and its a mixture of humor and drama into one house of Italian Americans who like to party.

I would definitely have to agree with this. Too much thought is put into this mindless show; it is just a sad source of entertainment. Yes, it can be fun to watch and laugh at the people who go on this show, but a deep look into the morals is a little bit far. I am all for analyzing certain pieces of work, but this is not a piece of work. It is simply just a way for people to see what goes on in a different part of the world and laugh at how absurd it all really is.
I agree completely. I don't think Italians should take offense to this show. There really are Italian people like this all over, MTV just picked the craziest and showed them to the rest of the world. it's simply for entertainment and it's not in anyway giving them a bad reputation.
