Tuesday's episode of Teen Mom has recieved a lot of hype due to the violence between Gary and Amber. MTV goes on to theme the episode as one on violence in relationships. Lately MTV has been blasted for the show because it supposedly "glamourizes" the notion of teen pregnancy by elevating teen parents to stardom. What do you think about this argument?
Do you think that this could push MTV to edit the episodes of Teen Mom in a way that sheds light on the hardships of teen parenthood?
Here's what Perez Hilton has to say about the violence between Amber and Gary (complete with a clip):

That was intense. The guy really took the beating. I dont know what he must've done to make her feel so bitter towards him but he was definitely a real man for not hitting her back and even let his pride take a beating. MTV just loves to make money and promoted that violence to get more viewers. woah....
