World of Jenks

I watched parts of the episode where Jenks visits Chad, the autistic 20 year old. I feel that the purpose of the episode is to show how Jenks gets to live along side of an autistic person to learn more about their life, but also it teaches the audience a lot about it too because we are right there, watching everything happen every day that he's there. I think the whole idea of Jenks putting himself in the life of someone else to have experience and to learn more about them is awesome, I know I learned a lot just by watching Jenks follow Chad around because the show showed us how Chad lives his life and gave him a chance to speak to the thousands of people watching the show. I feel like this show is targeted to young adults to give them new insight on life and situations because mtv knows the type of people who are watching, but I do find it kind of sad that they're playing something like the pointless show jersey shore and disaster date on the same channel as shows like world of jenks.

that's the same episode that I watched too:) World of jenks is a show that every one not only teenagers must take time and watch because it shows true aspects of life. You are right Daniela ,jersey shore is nowhere near the world of Jenks. They are two completely opposite show with different plot ,setting, characters.etc.

I saw this episode and it's a great one. I think that when people see this, they will see what a problem autism is and want to help. Jenks is really just scratching the surface of how these people live, but I feel like it's working.
