Reality Show Drama

Blogging all of my thoughts on this reality show thing has shown me that most of these shows are not worth watching. If you watch a happy episode of teen mom where everyone begins to make peace, the next week will have an abusive mother hitting her baby's daddy. If you watch people making a difference in True life with the positive way they deal with OCD, the next week its about women who want plastic surgery.....Idk, its never the same. Does anyone know of one positive show that never changes based on ratings? Is anything really ever authentic?

Thinking about it, I agree with your observation of reality show's lack of consistency. It is true that things never stay happy and peaceful for an entire season. Drama always has to find itself into the show. However, Meet the Duggars is a show on TLC that has no drama and simply profiles the family.
