Wife Swap Stereotypes
After reading Clayton's post about his friend on Wife Swap my view was completely changed. I still believe the show stereotypes families, 100%! But it's great that the families actually get something out of it, and learn how great it really is to be a family, and also enjoy the experience. That said, it's still one of the most dysfunctional shows i've ever seen. Not to mention that the wives are completely stereotyped as housewives that have nothing better to do than all the dirty work around the house. However, if off-camera this show is bettering people's lives, than I kinda approve.

i agree, i think the show has a hidden message that brings families together by showing them how extreme some families are and make the the viewers feel jus a tad bit more normal. and the people on the show get 50 thousand dollars so really, everyone wins
I agree this show just seems to let stuff happen and just like every other show all they want is drama.
