The show wife swap purposely takes families that have different morals and values and makes them switch. This is done because it is the only way there will be a reaction from the family with the new mom. I believe the point of this show is for the families to stop looking at life in only their point of view and to get a new perspective. I personally find this show entertaining but over all it is kinda pointless.

That is a good point. If they took families with the same backgrounds and morals, there would be no show. Like every other reality show out there, it must create drama and the way this show does it is through clashing beliefs and values. It really does help give families different perspectives on life and see how other people live their lives and how it works for them.
