I believe that the people on Teen Mom can become famous or well-known easily. The more drama, the more people will pay attention to teen moms. I don't think MTV will sensor anything because they love it. They want the drama, which could possibly be why the police were tipped.

I agree I feel like the only reason why the police were called was to make more drama and for some reason we like to see drama.
